Professional caregiving built around nursing students
All Seasons Care Network (ASCN) connects licensed care homes with nursing students pursuing RN licensure—creating staffing stability for facilities and clinical support for students.
Founded by a Registered Nurse • Serving RCFEs & ARFs • Structured Professional Placements
Let ASCN be your staffing solution
You've come to the right place.
Small care communities are facing a staffing crisis in the U.S.
In 2025 turnover rates for caregivers were reported between 75-80%.
The costs of constant recruitment and training are a drain on small care businesses.
The staffing solution:
Let ASCN find you the right people on your first try.
No more constant hiring and training caregivers
Save on costs associated with staffing churn
Save yourself the time and headache of recruiting
The ASCN difference
(Why do we recruit nursing students?)
For nursing students, a role as a caregiver is not just a job—it’s their first role in healthcare.
This shift in attitude changes everything.
Because they see caring for your community as their first step on their journey as a nurse they:
Show up with a professional attitude
Are motivated to get experience assisting with activities of daily living
Stay employed longer
Have significantly fewer call offs

ALL SEASONS CARE NETWORK
ASCN is a professional support platform for nursing students.
Our mission is to support and celebrate student nurses and new grad RNs.
Jobs in healthcare
• We connect nursing students to paid, clinically relevant jobs in healthcare.
Reduce cost for CPR certification
• ASCN offers discounted BLS / Heartsavers certification through our partner sites.
NCLEX remediation
• We partner with your nursing school to become the approved sponsor of NCLEX remediation, covering 100% of costs.
Networking and Mentorship
• ASCN connects nursing students with RNs and APRN mentors.
ASCN is a social enterprise, seeking to solve two problems at once:
- Small, residential care facilities struggle with finding and retaining caring, motivated workers .
- Student nurses often do not have access to adequate resources during their RN program.
By bringing these two groups together, care communities benefit from gaining a professional workforce and students benefit by getting paid, clinically relevant jobs in healthcare.
The idea comes from my own experience in nursing school. I am an alum of Pasadena City College, and while I was in the RN program I worked as a caregiver (DSP) for a nonprofit company.
I found the work meaningful and having that experience on my CV reflected a serious interest in healthcare. When I passed the NCLEX, the same nonprofit immediately hired me as an RN.
ASCN can help student nurses follow that same path. In addition, we provide the support that I wish was available when I was a student.
